To All CHDs,
1. All analysts should be registered by now
2. Check all DTLs if they have received their email (have them check the spam/bulk emails also)3. Make sure the HOLs have also registered (pinapacheck ko kay lito bakit nagkakapalit ng email yung mga HOL - HOLs are affiliated several DTLs, baka iba iba ang email address nila)
4. DTLs should have installed and initialized their DTO program
5. Have their DTKs validated6. Encourage the DTLs to perform parallel testing para by Sept 29 wala silang problem
