In as much as we also wanted to go on with the implementation of the IDTOMIS this September 29, 2008, there is a directive from management to reschedule the implementation because of the numerous requests from accredited DTLs to allow them more time for complete delivery and installation of the hardware and software requirements by suppliers contracted by them. According to the DTLs, verified by the Department, delivery schedules were delayed due unforeseen circumstances.
Kindly see or view the "Notice of IDTOMIS Implementation Rescheduling" in our DTOMIS website. In view of this, kindly take note of the following:
1. IDTOMIS server will be down starting this September 26, 2008, 5:00 p.m. up to September 29, 2008, 7:00 a.m.
2. IDTOMIS server for downloading the program installers and validation of drug test kits will resume on September 29, 2008, 8:00 a.m. up to Oct 1, 2008, 5:00 p.m.
3. The IDTOMIS server for the DTLs accreditation and drug testing will be up and operational on October 6, 2008, 8:00 a.m.
** Because of the duplicate entries and other problems in the facility personnel data entries, we cannot allow the CHDs personnel to encode data at the moment.
