Some pointers to remember:
1. Make sure that the center or the loop of the fingerprint image is in the center of the display and that the lines of the fingerprint are clearly visible.

MYSQL ADMINISTRATOR
1. Go to My Computer>drive C:/ > Program Files > DTO > MysqlGUI > MySQL GUI Tools 5.0 > MySQLAdministrator.exe >
Server Host : localhost
Username: root
Password: .
Then click ok. Then just click OK again
Click backup from the left panel.
Click new project from the bottom window, then click idtomisprd from the middle of the window
Click the “greater than” sign = “>” make sure the idtomisprd is highlighted.
Then click the check all box, uncheck it.
Uncheck all, then go to dtk tables. Use scroll down to find dtk tables.
Check all dtk tables: see the picture above
Then, click execute backup Now. Then save it to desktop the name the filename as dtk.sql
Then send it to helpdesk.
